How long do you wait after receiving an order before posting it?

Every order is processed as soon as possible. The vast majority of purchases are processed and shipped within one to seven business days.

Is your jewellery resistant to all forms of water?

The majority of our goods are made of stainless steel or genuine gold. If we do not encourage wearing a piece of jewellery in water, we will state so in the description. This is to ensure the best quality and lifespan from your pieces. Each item of jewellery is unique, and you can learn more about it in the product description.

Where did you get all of your beads?

Our beads are sourced from a variety of wholesalers in Australia and throughout the world.
